Healthy Leader, Healthy Organization is a 3-hour, self-paced online leadership development course that focuses on how everyday leadership behaviors directly shape organizational health, performance, and workforce wellbeing.
Rather than emphasizing personality traits or individual shortcomings, the course examines observable leadership patterns—how leaders communicate, make decisions, apply authority, manage workload, and respond under pressure—and how these behaviors influence trust, psychological safety, clarity, and long-term organizational stability.

The course is non-clinical, non-diagnostic, and non-evaluative, designed solely for professional education and leadership development. All content is delivered asynchronously, allowing participants to complete the course independently while meeting 3.0 CEU / PDH hour requirements.
