Healthy Leader, Healthy Organization is a 3-hour, self-paced online leadership development course that focuses on how everyday leadership behaviors directly shape organizational health, performance, and workforce wellbeing.

Rather than emphasizing personality traits or individual shortcomings, the course examines observable leadership patterns—how leaders communicate, make decisions, apply authority, manage workload, and respond under pressure—and how these behaviors influence trust, psychological safety, clarity, and long-term organizational stability.

Participants will explore:

    How leadership behaviors function as part of a larger system and influence culture, morale, and performance.
     
  • Leadership Self-Regulation Under Stress
    Practical strategies to maintain consistency, judgment, and professionalism during high-pressure situations.
     
  • Decision Clarity and Consistency
    Techniques for transparent, fair, and predictable decision-making that reduces confusion and increases trust.
     
  • Psychological Safety and Constructive Dialogue
    How leaders foster environments where communication, accountability, and problem-solving can occur without fear or defensiveness.
     
  • Workload, Capacity, and Role Clarity
    Identifying organizational stressors that contribute to burnout, disengagement, and inefficiency—and how leadership practices can mitigate them.

The course is non-clinical, non-diagnostic, and non-evaluative, designed solely for professional education and leadership development. All content is delivered asynchronously, allowing participants to complete the course independently while meeting 3.0 CEU / PDH hour requirements.
